Cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please reschedule, cancel or notify us at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appoitment in order to avoid additional charges. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another customer and notify our staff of their new schedule. We collect a prepayment of $50 or more plus tax, depending on procedure and it will not be refunded or transferred to another day if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. A $25 late fee will be applied for more than 15 minutes, and if more than 20 minutes late appointment will be canceled and prepayment will be forfeited. If we are unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of our appointment policies, it will count as late cancellation and you will be charged accordingly. (If COVID related: Prepayment can be transferred to another date, that is at least 14 days out from you notifying us that you have tested positive only after providing test proof.) We ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the begining of your appointment to avoid any fees.
